These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Backfinet ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the backfinet.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use the Site or services.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Upon registration for our financial education program, you will be granted access to course materials for the specified period mentioned in the course description. Access to course materials is for personal use only and subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the course at any time, including the availability of any course feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the course without notice or liability.

When you purchase a course or program, you agree to pay the fees indicated. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with any purchase.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
• Partial refunds may be available between 15-30 days of purchase, at our discretion.
• No refunds are available after 30 days of purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information provided at the end of this document.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

Any Contribution you post to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any Contribution on the Site, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to the Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above.
• All of your Contributions do and will comply with these Terms of Use.
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

We have the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any Contributions that we determine are in violation of these Terms of Use or may harm the reputation of the Site or us.

THE SITE AND COURSE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN OUR COURSES IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. WE RECOMMEND CONSULTING WITH A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in New York, NY, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
